Verbalization is the constant inner chatter that goes on within us. We repeat sets of words inside us and continuously create self-contradicting results for ourselves in the outer world. Our thinking is mere 'association'of unrelated thoughts from the past and the future. Any information perceived is processed through this database of unrelated information. As a result we make illogical decisions and miss the present. Meditation frees us from this pattern of unconscious decision-making. It keeps us in a state of complete awareness.
